Refund policy

Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You may return any item shipped by dherbs.com for a refund, keeping the following in mind:

• Dherbs does not make refunds for any opened containers or bottles.
• Item should be in new condition with original packaging and accessories.
• You should return the item to us within 15 days of receipt of purchase.
• If you open a container(s) or bottle(s) that exist in a cleanse or detox, there will be NO refund for that cleanse or detox. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We do not provide return labels for products being returned. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

 

HOW DO I RETURN MY DHERBS ORDER?

Download a return slip

You can start your return process on our website. After you set up your return, you'll receive a return slip that should be placed inside the box to speed up your refund process. Since return shipping is on the customer, you can ship the product back using whatever carrier you prefer. Make sure to send the package to 2734 Fletcher Drive, Los Angeles, CA, 90039.
Please note it is best to request a tracking # as proof we received the package. We are not responsible for missing or lost packages that have not made it back to our facility.

Return your order to the dherbs store

Bring your packing slip or order number to the Dherbs store. After your return is received, we'll refund your original payment method. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

 

Refused Shipments

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Dherbs.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Dherbs.com. This amount will be subtracted from your refunded balance.
